We strive to make your experience with us a positive one. To serve you to the best of our abilities, we have certain policies to which we must adhere. These policies are put in place to protect both you and Alpine Cleaning Company.

Verbiage: (We): Alpine Cleaning Company

 

Payment: Payment can be made in cash, debit, credit, or check. We accept most forms of credit or debit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all card payments.

 

Price and Time Adjustments:

If the pricing calculator underestimates the price of your cleaning due to the condition of your home (excess clutter, trash, grime, etc.) or incorrect information entered, Alpine Cleaning Co LLC reserves the right to either adjust the price or refuse the service (at the standard cancellation fee plus an on site hourly charge for the cleaners time). You will be notified by our cleaning professionals or by our management if this is the case.  For price and time adjustments, you will have the option to either have them prioritize specific areas for cleaning (for the same overall price), or you can extend the cleaning at an additional charge deemed by Alpine Cleaning Co LLC.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: 

Alpine Cleaning Co LLC will access a $100.00 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 72 hours.  Please be sure to provide home access instructions when you complete your booking to prevent any lock-outs from occurring if you are not home.  We reserve the right to charge our cancellation fee for lock-outs.  A cancellation fee will also be charged if there is no running water and/or electricity available at the time of the cleaning.  For any booking made for the same day or the next day, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged if it is cancelled or the home is in a state unfit to be cleaned.

Direct Hire of Our Cleaning Professionals:

Alpine Cleaning Co LLC invests heavily, both in time and money, to find quality cleaners for you. Hiring current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $500.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within a 2 year period prior to such employment.

By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Exchanging contact info is considered part of this breach.

Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that Alpine Cleaning Co LLC is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper Government and Judicial authorities. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Alpine Cleaning Co LLC, but also by United States Federal and Local Laws.

Arrival Times:  We will give you an estimated window of arrival. We do everything to make sure that we are there within that window, but please remember that the window of arrival time is just an estimate. In rare circumstances, if we are running early or late, we will call you as soon as possible and let you know.

 

Inclement Weather: In case of inclement weather, services may have to be rescheduled to avoid injury, depending on severity or conditions.  Services will be rescheduled beginning the first available date after the storm or as our schedule allows.

 

Jewelry and Other Valuables: Please note that we will not be liable for any valuables such as documents, medicine, priceless items, jewelry, ammunition, and currency.

 

Firearms:  We will not be responsible or liable for any firearms.

 

Unsanitary Areas: We have the right to deny any servicing of any room/area that we deem unsanitary. 

 

Examples include but are not limited to:

  1. Areas covered in feces, urine, or bodily fluids

  2. Areas possibly containing any type of rodents, bugs, insects, or like organisms 

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right not to service anyone, under any circumstance including under conditions that, at our sole discretion, we consider dangerous, unsanitary, or abusive. In the event we exercise this right, we will not be liable to you or any other entity for direct or consequential damages. 

 

Gratuities for the Cleaning Techs: We only mention this because many customers ask. As always, gratuities are at the discretion of the client, any tip, or gratuity is very much appreciated. If you feel that your cleaning techs have done a good job for you and you would like to tip them, you can do so. Should you need advice or help determining how much an average gratuity is, please contact our office.
